Introducing Trust Rewards
A new health and wellness incentive program
WEA Trust health plan members just got another reason to keep their New Year’s Resolutions―an opportunity to receive a $50 debit card for completing health and wellness activities!
The new incentive program, Trust Rewards, is designed to encourage members to engage in healthier behavior and to sustain that behavior over time.
How does it work?
Eligible members earn Reward Points by completing health and wellness activities found at the Trust in Your Health Web site. Those who earn 25 Reward Points by the end of the calendar year, and remain an active eligible member of a WEA Trust health plan on January 1 of the following year, are eligible for the $50 debit card.
What do I need to do?
There are two required activities members need to complete:
Members earn the additional points by selecting activities that are suited to their unique health and wellness needs or interest.
Who is eligible?
Trust Rewards is available to subscribers and their spouses/domestic partners who have a WEA Trust health plan as their primary insurance. Eligible members can access Trust in Your Health at http://www.trustinyourhealth.com or through the WEA Trust Web site to start earning their Reward Points today!
